Chef arda will be putting together an exceptional turkish traditional dinner – one night only – Saturday, January 18th – 6:30pm

Olea Hotel is proud to announce it’s first pop-up dinner with our Executive Chef, Arda Kabaalioglu. Arda, who is a native of Turkey, will be presenting a traditional Turkish menu family style.

$95 pp + $40 pp optional wine pairing. Wines will be provided by La Rochelle Wines.

A night in turkey – Exclusive pop-up dinner

  • Grape Leaf Dolmas (hand rolled with grape leaves from Turkey, currants, pinenuts, allspice, rice, lemon, & olive oil)

  • Kisir (Turkish tabouleh)

  • Baba Ganoush (grilled eggplant spread)

  • Hand Made Pita Bread (with homemade dips including: hummus, smoked yogurt, & muhammara)

  • Mucver (herbed zucchini cakes)

  • Fatoush (crispy pita chips, feta, cucumber, tomato, lemon cumin dressing)

  • Black Eyed Pea Salad (red onions, parsley, dill, red wine vin)

  • Kuzu Tandir (braised lamb)

  • Saffron Almond Pilaf

  • Kunefe (crispy cheese filled pastry)
