We are excited to offer Olea guests exclusive access to our Italian-centric elevated tasting experience on site at the hotel. This unique pairing will walk you through an understanding of wines that truly set the Italian table by way of our Vermouth aperitivo, several Italian-style wines, and one of our digestivo Grappas. And while no Italian meal would be complete without food, we will also explore our very own locally produced, wine-infused salumi, and our fruity and spicy olive oil from a neighboring vineyard, in conversation with select Muscardini wines that just may make you rethink how you set your table.

A small group of wine lovers led by Bettina Sichel, 5th generation of a European winemaking family, took over the management of this storied vineyard and the exceptionally elegant Cabernet Sauvignon it produces in 2011. The ambitious new team has worked hard to further improve the vineyard and refine the winemaking.
