Event Coordinator Information

Our expert wedding planner is here to ensure your special day runs seamlessly. Services include day-of event coordination, managing food and beverage contracts, overseeing rental reception and return, and reviewing rental agreements if managed by the client. Our standard planning fee for these services is $1,000, depending on event complexity. Additional hourly fees apply for external vendors such as photographers, officiants, and florists, unless managed directly by the client. Hourly rates also apply for setup and teardown of furniture.

Recommended Wedding Schedule:

Afternoon ceremony on the Upper Terrace
Guests gather on the Lower Grass Area for appetizers and drinks (or indoors in inclement weather)
Upper Terrace re-set for dinner during appetizer hour
Dinner served on the Upper Terrace or in the Dining Room, weather permitting
