All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card. A deposit of one night's rate plus hotel tax (14%) and CA tourism tax (0.195%) is charged when the reservation is made.

Yes. A property fee of $30 plus tax ($34.26) per day is applied to each reservation. It includes: daily breakfast, in-room snacks, complimentary wine, wine tasting passes (select hotels only), electric vehicle charging (Tesla and J1772 ports), plush bathrobes, Wi-Fi, pool (seasonally heated) and hot tub access, on-site parking, and concierge assistance.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival to receive a refund of the deposit. Reservations canceled or modified within 7 days of arrival will be charged the total booking amount. Group bookings (five or more rooms) follow the separate group booking policy.

Five or more rooms traveling together is considered a group booking and requires a contract. Group policies supersede the policies of an individually booked reservation. For group inquiries, contact the front desk at 707.996.5131.

All room rates are based on double occupancy, except the Hillside Two Queen Room, which includes up to four guests. Additional guests are $25 per day, which includes breakfast service and onsite amenities. Please notify the front desk of any additional guests prior to arrival.

Olea Hotel welcomes children 13 years and older. If you're traveling with children under 13, please contact us directly if you have children younger then 13.

Yes — pets are welcome in the Hillside Queen Rooms, Lower King Room, Upper View King Room, and Lower Garden Cottage. Each dog receives a dog bed and a welcome basket with treats, doggie bags, dog bowls, and towels. There is a $120 non-refundable charge per pet, per stay.

Once a massage appointment is booked and confirmed, cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full cost of the massage.

Olea Hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms; if smoke is detected, a $500 cleaning fee will be added to your folio. Our front desk can advise where smoking is permitted on property.

Yes. Two chargers are available for a variety of EVs: a Siemens™ VersiCharge™ and a Tesla™ 80A Wall Connector (Tesla and J1772 ports). For details, please contact us prior to arrival.
